Italian Forza Nuova given a tour of Polish Parliament

A group of representatives of Italy's Forza Nuova visited the Houses of the Polish Parliament in Warsaw on the invitation of the organisers of the Independence March on Wednesday.

Freshly hatched MP Robert Winnicki, from the Kukiz'15 grouping, was one of the march's representatives to tend to a delegation of far right organisations, which the Italian far-right Forza Nuova were part of.
"We are showing our guests around," tweeted the extreme right National Radical Camp's spokesperson, Tomasz Kalinowski, on Wednesday morning.
Other members of the delegation included Hungary's nationalist party Jobbik and Forza Nuova's political youth organisation Lotta Studentesca.
A conference was held in Parliament on Wednesday to highligh the attendance of participants from abroad at the nationalist march marking the anniversary of Poland's independence.
The founding member of Forza Nuova, former MEP Roberto Fiore, who told Poland's XPortal his views were inspired by 'much of the heritage of Italian fascism', was convicted of terrorism in the 1980s.
He did not, however, serve his term in prison as he fled the country and returned once the period of time limitation expired under Italy's law. (aba/rk)
