Poles complain of low wages and stress

Seven in ten working Poles complain of low wages, a report has found.

According to a study commissioned by recruitment website Pracuj.pl, 59 percent of Poles say their job is highly stressful.
One in four Poles regularly monitors new job offers, with the figure going up to 34 percent in the case of people aged 18-29.
The study also found that 42 percent turn to the internet to keep up with labour market trends and the expectations of companies.
Meanwhile, 41 percent turn to friends working in a given industry.
The survey of 1,000 professionally active Poles was carried out in April by pollster TNS Polska for Pracuj.pl. (pk)
