Dozens evacuated in Warsaw gas explosion

One person was injured and 65 other were evacuated in an explosion in a high-rise building in the center of Warsaw, the Polish capital on Friday.

The explosion - probably due to a gas leak - occurred on ul. Śliska, near the Palace of Culture and Science in an apartment on the second floor.
The building's residents will not be able to return home until at least noon. (rg)
