Dziedziczak told the participants of the conference that for the past year, Poland has been conducting public and historical diplomacy that speaks the truth about the history of WWII.

He added that this year, forty Polish foreign service posts carried out a campaign promoting the opening of the Ulma Family Museum, but also highlighting the assistance provided by Poles who rescued Jews.

During the World Youth Day in July, the ministry and the Institute of National Remembrance printed over 500,000 copies of a booklet about Poland’s history, which was published in nine languages and distributed to foreign guests.

The conference is part of a project co-financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The college in Toruń was founded by Fr Tadeusz Rydzyk. (rg)
