Its aim is to help newcomers to Poland to adapt to their new environment. The first initiative of its kind in this country, it offers help to those seeking refuge here in four languages – Arabic, Russian, English and Polish.

It tells them, for example, how to legalize their stay in Poland, how the Polish welfare system works, what kind of medical care is available to them and what rights employees have in Poland.

“We know that one of the biggest challenges migrants and refugees face here is being lost without information. Which is why we decided to give them a practical tool to solve that problem,” Caritas director Father Marian Subocz told reporters.
