Officers believe the gang may have produced and sold drugs worth PLN 7 million (EUR 1.6m, USD 1.9m) on the black market.
The suspects face up to eight years in jail.
The marijuana farm, near the city of Radom, south of Warsaw, had a monitoring system installed but police say officers caught the suspects by surprise.
