The opposition Civic Platform (PO) party is way behind, on 21 percent, the survey found.
The anti-establishment Kukiz’15 group is third on 13 percent, and the Nowoczesna (Modern) party is fourth on 7 percent, according to the survey, which was commissioned by the Fakt tabloid.
The rural-based Polish People’s Party (PSL) would also make it into the Sejm, the lower house of parliament, on 6 percent.
The poll found no other parties would clear the 5 percent support threshold needed to enter parliament.
The survey was conducted on 27-28 September on a representative sample of 1,000 Polish adults. (gs/pk)
