The centre on Twitter appealed for people "not to be indifferent". It previously urged people to help others at risk of hypothermia, including homeless and elderly.
The latest deaths take Poland's winter death toll to 58.
Meanwhile, a nationwide frost warning has been issued.
The freezing weather is expected to let up on Friday. (vb)
