Another person died of carbon monoxide poisoning, the centre said.
The winter death toll has thus risen to 66 hypothermic deaths and 54 fatal cases of carbon monoxide poisoning since November.
The Government Security Centre has appealed to people to alert authorities of those who need help, including the homeless and elderly.
"The frost is keeping up, so if you see someone who has no heating or you see someone passed out on the street, you should call the emergency number 112," said the Government Security Centre's Anna Adamkiewicz. (vb)
