Police stopped for inspection a Porsche Panamera and, after checking the driver’s identification, they realized the man did not have a valid license and had four court orders banning him from driving.

The man was identified by police as Robert N.

According to media reports, videos on online video sharing platform Youtube from user Robert Nogal allegedly show him driving upwards of 300 kilometres per hour, overtaking traffic on hard shoulders, swerving in and out of traffic, and racing motorcycles.

In one of the videos, Nogal also claimed that road rules were not intended for ensuring safety but were a rouse to rake up revenue and would result in greater corruption.

Meanwhile, a legal case against Robert N. is underway at a Warsaw court. The man faces up to eight years in jail for two counts for causing serious danger on the roads.
