The survey by pollster CBOS found that both the number of people happy with Duda and of those critical of him has risen by 2 percentage points compared to December.

The study also found that 55 percent of voters are critical of the lower house of the Polish parliament, the Sejm, while 29 percent believe it is doing a good job.

Meanwhile, 47 percent were critical of the Senate, the upper house of parliament, while 30 percent praised it.

The survey was carried out from January 10 to 17 on a representative random sample of 986 adults.
