Robert F. (surname withheld under Poland's privacy laws) from Tomaszow Mazowiecki near Warsaw is being charged with falsifying documents and another person's indentity and could face a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

Poland's Internal Security agency (ABW) raided the man's home last May and seized his computer and storage equipment.

The web site included images of President Bronislaw Komorowski as a prostitute and homosexual.

Antykomor.pl, which Robert F. says was of a satirical nature, also included doctored images of the Polish head of state participating in sexual activity, says the prosecution.

Also included on the web site was a computer game, Komor Killer, in the 'shoot 'em up' genre.

Protests followed the raid on Robert F.'s home by ABW officials last May about the possible misuse of the security services in Poland.

President Komorowski was also said to be “surprised” by the raid and confiscation of the man's lap top. (pg)
