600 years ago, on July 15, 1410, joint Polish-Lithuanian forces, led by King Władysław Jagiełło and supported by units of Ruthenians, Czechs and Tatars, clashed with the Teutonic Knights on the fields of Grunwald. The battle was one of the biggest in the history of medieval Europe.
