The Polish Humanitarian Organization starts Phase 2 of its assistance program for quake victims in Haiti.

A special envoy of the Polish Humanitarian Organization (PAH) is winding up his fact finding mission in Haiti to draw an action plan of further assistance for the earthquake victims in Port-au-Prince.
