The Pole, a three-time Olympic champion and the winner of last year’s World Cup, finished behind Japan's Ryoyu Kobayashi, who leads this season’s World Cup standings, and Germany’s Andreas Wellinger, who placed second on Sunday.
This was the 59th individual World Cup podium spot for Stoch in his career.
The second-highest placed Pole, Piotr Żyła, finished fifth.
After three individual competitions this season, Japan's Kobayashi topped the overall World Cup standings, with 260 points, while Stoch was second with 190 points, and Żyła was third with 145 points.
On Saturday, Stoch finished runner-up and Żyła was third in the weekend’s first World Cup competition in Kuusamo.
Polish ski jumpers last week won a season-opening World Cup team competition in Wisła, southern Poland.
