Statistics show close to 11 thousand women in Poland are diagnosed with breast cancer annually.
Presented by Slawek Szefs with Agnieszka Bielawska
Almost four thousand of these women die because of the advanced stage of their illness. How aware is Polish society of the threats of breast cancer and chances for effective cure on condition of early detection?
Also, over one hundred organizations from across Europe have joined forces in an effort to combat human trafficking, a shame to the civilized world! Poland is one of the 9 EU countries that have adopted a relevant law on the matter but a GRETA report by Council of Europe experts shows more can still be done.
